Is here by made and the cash balance is due to the Seller before the dog is placed in the Buyer's possession.
Registration papers will also be held until the balance is paid in full.  The Buyer understands that once a deposit
is made; it is a committment to buy said dog and therefore NON-REFUNDABLE.  Buyer will forfeit deposit and said dog may be re-sold if not paid in full by specified date being_______________.

We do NOT guarantee specific coat color and/or marking.  Deposits are non-refundable but are transferable only in the event that the sex of the pup you have requested was not produced, not enough puppies were produced to cover your pick, or chosen pup dies or developes health problems before 8 weeks old.

We will provide shipping services if needed for NO additional fee. This includes air fare, health certificate(which is required for shipping),earcropping(if requested) a 3 month supply of nuvet plus and a crate. Puppies are shipped at 8 weeks old or if you are picking the puppy up you can do so at 6 weeks.  

IT IS HEREBY AGREED BY BOTH PARTIES THAT THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS WILL BE MET AND THAT NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS ARE EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

All puppies come with full UKC registration papers.
Seller guarantees this is a purebred_________________________________,offspring of the previously mentioned Sire and Dam.

Buyer certifies that he/she is not acting as an agent for another individual in the purchase of this dog, and will not sell this dog to any mass-producing kennel(puppy mill) or business.  The seller also certifies that they will not use the specified dog in dog fighting rings. (BLUE FIRE PITS DOES NOT CONDONE OR PROMOTE THIS KIND OF ACT).

The purchaser promises to keep the dog in a proper manner.

At the expense of the BUYER, this dog should be examined by a Licesed Veterinarian within 48 hours of possesion to validate Health Guarantee. (If purchased on a Saturday, this requirement is extended through the following Monday.)  Should this dog be found in ill health, the case of which is clearly attributable to the Breeder, this dog may, upon written diagnosis from a Licensed Veterinarian, be returned to the Seller for refund of the purchase price or for another dog of equal value, the choice to be determined by the Seller.

BLUE FIRE PITS ALSO PROVIDES A 2 YEAR HEALTH GUARANTEE (WITH A DIAGNOSIS FROM A LICENSED VETERINARIAN) THAT IF YOUR PUPPY BECOMES ILL AS A RESULT ATTRIBUTABLE TO US WE WILL REFUND YOUR MONEY OR ALLOW YOU TO TRADE FOR ANOTHER DOG OF EQUAL VALUE, THE CHOICE TO BE DETERMINED BY THE SELLER.

Buyer releases Seller,__________________________________ and their estate from any and all liabilities, and/or damages by fault of this dog after the time of the sale.  These damages include, but are not limited to, destruction of property and/or physical damage to any person or group of people.

This contract is made out in duplicate; the Seller and the Buyer to each recieve one copy.
